Terms of Service
Last updated 2026. This describes how Fronx OS actually operates today; it is not a substitute for independent legal advice.
01
The service
Fronx OS provides project management, communication, and billing tools for client engagements. Registration creates a Client account; no project work begins until a contract and NDA are fully signed and the upfront payment is confirmed by an Account Manager.
02
Accounts & access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and two-factor device secure. Client accounts only ever see their own projects; company-side accounts are scoped to their role and never see other clients’ data.
03
Payments & revisions
Pricing and included revision counts are set per plan at booking time. Extra revisions beyond the included count are invoiced separately before further work proceeds. Discounts above the configured threshold require CEO approval and are always logged.
04
Delivery & sign-off
Deliverables are reviewed by the client. If no response is received within 14 days of delivery, the project is automatically approved, as disclosed at contract signing. Requesting changes before that window resumes active work.
05
Pausing & resuming
A project may be paused for a documented reason (client-requested or company-side). While paused, timers and due dates are frozen; resuming shifts all future milestone and task dates forward by the paused duration.
06
Referrals
Referral rewards are granted once per referred client, applied automatically as a discount on the referrer’s next invoice after the referred client’s first payment is confirmed.
07
Termination
Either party may end an engagement per the terms agreed in the signed contract for that project. We reserve the right to suspend an account for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
08
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
09
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
